Ralph McTell, is now celebrating more than 40 years on the road. He is known for his virtuoso guitar style, as well as being a prolific and gifted songwriter. Ralph made his debut in 1968 with the album 'Eight Frames a Second' and in 1974 the release of 'Streets of London' earned him an Ivor Novello Award. In 1993, Nanci Griffith covered Ralphs 'From Clare to Here' on her Grammy Award winning album and in 2002 he was presented with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.
Orlaith hails from a well known musical linage. With her father Matt and her Aunt Dolores, growing up was like an ongoing masterclass of singing and performance. Voices and Harps with Moya Brennan and Cormac de Barra

Moya Brennan and Cormac De Barra both come from large musical families in Ireland and their mutual admiration for each other naturally developed into a stimulating musical relationship. Their new album, Voices & Harps, is the culmination of their friendship and creative synergy over the past decade. They combine the simplicity, depth and beauty of the extraordinary skills which make them unique in their own field. Grammy award winner, Moya Brennan is the lead singer of Clannad, as well as having a successful solo career. She has sung on most of the world’s great stages and has collaborated with many notable artists including The Chieftains, Paul Brady and Bono.

Edel Fox

Edel Fox is a concertina player from Miltown Malbay Co. Clare. She began playing at the age of 7 and was fortunate to be brought up in an area and environment where traditional music was in abundance. In 2004, Edel was awarded the TG4 Gradam Ceoltóir Óg na Bliana (Young Musician of the Year). Since then she has travelled extensively as both a teacher and performer of the tradition. She released an album to critical acclaim with Ronan O’Flaherty in 2006. Edel spent some time studying in the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance at the University of Limerick where she received a BA in Irish Music and Dance in 2007. Edel is a recent graduate of the MA in Music Therapy. In addition to her work as a music therapist, Edel continues to teach concertina and perform extensively. Edel has just released her debut solo CD entitled “Chords and Beryls”

Cathy Jordan

Musician and vocalist Cathy Jordan, long-time member of award winning and legendary traditional Irish band Dervish, will launch her debut solo album All the Way Home as part of this performance. Her album, titled All The Way Home, is a long awaited solo showcase of the musical and vocal talents of the Roscommon native, and features some of the most notable names in the traditional and folk industry, both at home and in Europe. Cathy will perform music from All The Way Home, which was produced in Sweden by folk music producer, multi-instrumentalist and long-time collaborator Roger Tallroth, taking Cathy back to her childhood, her past musical journey and her success to date. The Henry Girls are three musical siblings who have been playing and writing music together for more than a decade and have four albums to their credit. In August 2011 they released ‘December Moon’.The band has been playing and touring nationally and internationally for many years at festivals and venues such as Milwaukee Irish Fest, The Old Town School of Folk, Chicago and Celtic Connections, Glasgow
